Jiangsu Shenli Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 and has been committed to the research, development and manufacturing of a complete set of production lines for lead-acid battery PP, PE separator, PE battery separator, electric heating tubes, electric heaters, meltblown nonwoven fabrics, absorbent cotton, absorbent felt, oil barrier, and other spray melted products.

  The company currently has 280 employees, including 3 senior engineers, 8 assistant engineers, and 12 professional testing personnel. The main management personnel and research and development personnel have been engaged in the battery separator industry for more than 20 years, and have accumulated rich production experience. The high-level staff team has laid a solid foundation for our company to compete in the same industry.

  The company now has two major production bases. The original production base covers an area of 25000 ㎡, has 36 automatic spray melting lines, and has an annual output of over 1000 tons of PP separator sheets. The new production base has an investment of 80 million yuan and covers an area of 96000 ㎡. It has an excellent production line and a complete set of testing equipment for battery PE separators in China. The PE separator production line is imported from Italy, the blanking machine is imported from Germany, and the tail gas recovery equipment is imported from Taiwan.

  Our products have undergone full performance testing by the National Battery Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and all indicators meet the technical requirements of the GB/T28535-2012 standard for microporous polyethylene separators for lead-acid batteries. The company's products are supported by well-known companies such as Shandong Jining Expedition Power Supply Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jujiang Power Supply Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Nanfang (Bama) Power Supply Co., Ltd., Chongqing Wanli Battery Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Baiyun Battery Factory. Currently, the products have sold well in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong, Hebei, and other places, and are exported to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, South America, and other countries.
